  Am very disappointed in the pizza place in Holly Springs they all are very slow they don't listen when you are on the phone with them am very disappointed in their service order my pizza an hour ago and still haven't gotten a pizza yet or a phone call back

  I had to edit my review for the first time ever. One bad apple has not spoiled the bunch. I have been back since and the rest of the crew at this location are rock stars!! I stand corrected! Awful customer service. I came to pick up an order tonight. Not a soul in the lobby, no one came in to pick up.. so it was not busy. Girl at the front couldnt get off her cell phone to even help. It wasn't a business call or emergency because she had it on speaker so that anyone who came in could hear the "brah" "yo" and everything else they were chatting about. So unprofessional. Why on earth would you hire someone like this?

  So I guess it's more than just my family who has a tradition of pizza on Halloween. I guess all the pizza places in town had the same problem. By 5 pm, they had all "closed" their stores to new orders as they had so many they would be making pizza the rest of the night. By the time I got there they were 1.5 hours behind. I ended up cancelling my order after waiting an hour and seeing the wait time slowly climb to two hours. I'm not sure how you fix that except only accepting pre-orders and no DoorDash or GrubHub, no same day pizza orders, or something el like that. I dunno, but not addressing the surge is not working.

  Ordered days in advance of Halloween knowing it would be busy. Called an hour before and we were told it would be ready within 10 minutes of our scheduled pick up time. Arrived to wait in line shoulder to shoulder for 40 minutes, until we were told the order had been cancelled. Horrible service.
