During multiple visits, the managers have been speaking to employees in a rude and unprofessional manner. I can tell the employees are doing their best during the rush, but the managers use a very harsh tone. As a customer, it is uncomfortable to see staff being treated disrespectfully. Your employees work hard, and they deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope this issue can be fixed for the comfort of both the employees and the customers.

I had to go ask for my donuts and left without my drink after waiting 15 more minutes. They didn’t give me a receipt so when I called to see if I could pick up my drink, they said no. There was no apology. I understand that that’s store policy but a lack of professionalism when someone has a poor experience is unacceptable. Will not be going back.
