- TTTammyFeb 10, 20261.0Decided to stop for some drinks. Ordered 2 large Strawberry dragon fruit lemonades. Repeated it twice. Go around to pay I’m handed two large pineapple mango drinks. I kindly say no I don’t think those are mines. The lady that took the order pushes forwarded and says yes that’s what you ordered. I said no I didn’t, you know how I know I didn’t my son who one of the drinks were for is allergic to pineapple. She then rolls her eyes and says what ever and instructs another worker to make new drinks. Now I get that things can be busy and hectic but acknowledge when you’re wrong. Will not be returning EVERRR

But if you get a medium she will fill it up 50% drink 20% whipped cream with the actually whipped cream LID being completely empty every single time with LOTS of ice too. And this is so sad I’m writing a review about a 6.50$ drink?? But it’s happened 4 times now to me, and everyone else writing these reviews. And I’m pretty sure she’s supposed to be a manager..? Like what.

- NMNick MichaudJan 28, 20265.0So I accidentally placed a mobile order at the other Dunkin in Holly springs and when I heard “we don’t see a Nick” I was expecting the worse but when I went up the window the cashier at the window was very nice and understanding and helped me out with my order I’ve worked fast food before and I understand it she could of easily said I was SOL and sent me away but the crew was willing to help me out and get me my food for me and this coffee is pretty good so thank you Dunkin crew for making my day
