There’s literally nothing wrong with this chipotle lol. People that dine out in holly springs seem to either be highly entitled or just love to complain about the most minor of inconveniences — at least based on reviews of other places in the area and in my experience of seeing how some people treat the staff of these restaurants. I’d argue the portions at this location are rather generous. I didn’t order online, yet I was in and out the door within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly as well. What more do y’all want?

Ordered to-go. I’ve been eating at Chipotle for well over a decade. This location is relatively new and more often than not it’s poorly done (small portions, bland taste). Seems to get worse every time, and today it was absolutely pitiful. When I got home and saw it, I knew I’d have to leave a review at the very least. They gave me half portions on everything.. taste was fine today, but it looked pitiful. Ate it all in minutes and just left disappointed. I should have taken a picture before I ate it, it was comical. Honestly probably won’t go back unless there’s really no other option. 6 little pieces of chicken, it’s disgusting to serve a customer this for the price.

Today i had a very unpleasant experience at Chipotle in Morrisville, i ordered a take out and because i was so busy I didn’t pay attention and selected a wrong address , went to the store to pick it up and they gave me such an attitude and just ignored me, left the store hungry and with a bitter aftertaste.Even tho I understand that it was my mistake 100% , 32$ is still a lot of money for me. On my way back home i gave it a try and stoped at the Holly Springs location the one I indicated on the pick up , explained them everything and they were so receptive and nice, Matt took his time to explain me what to do in case this happened again. They made the food for me fresh and tasty and make me feel appreciated! Thank you Chipotle for taking care of your customers !

Have been to manage chipotles and had all kinds of experiences, this is the first time someone actually scooped food into my bowl and then started taking it out. What turned out to be a very skimpy bowl became a near argument, given the person‘s demeanor. Worst experience ever and will not be coming back to this location again

Honestly I think most of these 1 star reviews are from Karens that are entitled and want everything perfect. I've been to this place about 15 times or more, never had an issue, food was always fresh, full of flavor and fast, in and out in less than 10 mins everytime. I even tried out the Fuquay-Varina location and there food wasn't as good, it had less flavor. Sure the floors are dirty, but your aren't gonna eat off the floor like a dog are you? This place does not deserve the negative criticism it has received.
