However, when that courtesy results in being ignored or forgotten, it becomes bad business. To be told "5 minutes" and then ignored for 25+ minutes—while watching the drive-thru line move continuously—is a failure in both kitchen management and basic customer service. I hope you will take this feedback to heart and review your curbside procedures with your team to ensure paying customers aren't being "parked and forgotten."

When I pulled up to the window, Tim, the on-duty manager, mentioned that they had just ran out of chicken and needed to drop some. He asked if we didn't mind waiting until it was done which we didn't. About 15 minutes later he personally brought our order to us and even gave us large drinks for being so patient. Just wanted to give him a shot out for his awesome customer service and professionalism of him and his crew.
