We ordered an XL coffee for my father in the hospital, was given a medium. Clearly not paying enough attention

Had cream cheese put on so 1- didn't notice immediately and 2- they should have seen it and chose to serve anyway. No one is answering the phone to talk to management or warn to not serve others undercooked product.
