They've become my new go-to every morning, and I appreciate their quality service. Great job, y'all!

Right in front of me, an employee (with green hair) kept licking their fingers after touching something sweet instead of washing their hands. What made it worse was that they continued preparing my coffee immediately after, using the same unwashed hands, and then served it to me as if nothing had happened. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I politely asked them to wash their hands and remake my order. When they asked why, I explained what I had just seen—but instead of addressing the issue, they denied it. Proper hygiene is the bare minimum in food service, and this kind of behavior should never happen. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff follow basic cleanliness standards
