- LMLeigh Merz1 day ago3.0It’s just a bummer chickefila quality has gone down and prices continue to rise. Terrible quality for a $10 salad. Wilted, brown, mushy and huge pieces of lettuce, not even cut, standing water at the bottom of the container under the lettuce. I’ve given it a few chances and I won’t be doing that again.

Missing an entire sandwich today. Didn't notice till I got home. CFA - this is a great way to make sure the line moves even slower! Making everyone have to completely check their orders. Do better.

- ZGZach GarlickMar 25, 20261.0They completely forgot the chicken sandwich for my girlfriend that just had knee surgery the day before. Unfortunately, I had ordered doordash and the Chick-fil-A was unwilling to fix it. They also forgot our straws, but this has become the norm for this Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A has been going downhill for a few years and they consistently forget items in your doordash order (sandwiches, fries, straws, etc) or get your order wrong. They also tend to jip you on your fries and I've had to increase the number of fries I order just to get enough for my girlfriend and me. The quality of the sandwiches has been going downhill too and sometimes the breading is almost nonexistent or they straight-up taste like leftover food. I'm willing to risk eating cold food and order from the Fuquay Varina Chick-fil-A which I've had much better experiences with. For context, we have usually picked up food from this Chick-fil-A and only started ordering doordash after my girlfriend hurt her knee. And we've been living in Holly Springs since before they renovated the drive-through.
