- KNKelli NFeb 4, 20261.0We order from this dominos all the time and I hate having to give a poor review, however when I called to check on our delivery twice tonight (the 2nd time was because the app said pizza had been delivered when it had not yet been delivered) the person I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. After our just cheese pizza was delivered 1 hr 30 min after ordering it it was cold of course. We will no longer order from the surf city dominos location.

I wanted to add extra sauce to an item and couldn't ordering online? You'd think they'd welcome another "dime". Regardless, Shaela (again spelling?) was focused on making the customer happy!

Waiting 20 mins. Asked about my order. Still was “being made”. Didn’t get our order until 9 mins shy of an hour after calling the order in. Only ordered a 12 inch cheese pizza and lava cakes. Paid for the order and mentioned the “30 mins or free policy”. We pulled up the 30 mins or free terms on the DOMINOS WEBSITE. Rude guy at the counter said they don’t honor that bc they got rid of it in the 90’s. Tried to make us feel like awful people for mentioning it. Meanwhile we had 3 screaming kids in the car for their pizza, and fell asleep right before the order was finally done. Not a good place. 0/5 stars. ☺️
