The floors were slippery and the bathrooms disgusting. I was gagging in there. It’s not the staffs fault- although they could have said be right with you- but they were running around. Seems to he poor management happening

Food was not fresh the chicken must have been fried least twice, skin was as hard as Chinese arithmetic. I said ok they are short of help and having a bad day. Went back on 11/1, same thing service extremely slow, no sense of urgency at all, dinning room dirty, bathroom horrible and order incorrect. Worst customer service I have ever experience. Your manger needs to be fired and your employees need serious retraining, nothing but chaos and bad attitudes. I will not be back ever.
