  I have always had amazing service and high-quality pizza from Domino’s, and I typically order from the Hillsborough location about once a week. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very different. I placed a larger-than-usual order since we have family visiting for the weekend. I ordered online and noticed there wasn’t an option for curbside pickup, which we normally use. I assumed there may have been a temporary issue with the website, so I went ahead and parked in the curbside spot as usual. After a few minutes, an employee greeted me and then returned to ask if I had placed an order and how long ago. He let me know my order wasn’t ready yet and asked me to move to a nearby parking spot to wait. About five minutes later, he came back and informed me that my order had been marked as carryout and that I would need to park in the front and come inside. I explained that I had two small children in the car and kindly asked if it would be possible to bring the order out curbside, as is normally done. At that point, he stepped closer to my car and looked inside to confirm that I had children with me, then told me again that it was carryout only and that I needed to come inside. I asked once more, especially since the order included 10 pizza boxes, but was again told no. So I parked in front, got both of my children out of their car seats, and went inside. When I walked in, the same employee’s tone changed, and he told me that he had said he would bring the order out to me and asked me to go back to my car so he could carry it out. At that point, I was already inside with my children and chose to just take the order as carryout, as I had originally been instructed. With 10 boxes and a bag full of sauces, he repeatedly offered to carry everything out for me, but I declined, as it felt inconsistent with how the situation had been handled earlier. I was very disappointed with the service today. What made it most frustrating was the inconsistency and the feeling that the situation was handled differently once I came inside. This experience was not reflective of the great service I’ve consistently received in the past.

  This isn't about the franchise but about Domino's itself. We gathered up enough points to get a "free pizza" to our surprise the app had been updated but along with it came new rules and regulations. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pizza is only free if you get the cheep toppings or toppings you didn't want like pepperoni or sausage. We tried ordering just a premium chicken with white onion on half and unfortunately we had to pay for the chicken even though it clearly states anything more than two topping would get an extra charge (understandable) we only got two toppings but with wasn't what they wanted us to get. Kinda scummy. I'm used to paying an upcharge for stuffed crust but never for a topping thats "premium" I guess. My free pizza wasn't free.
