  Go in line at 500 ordered 1 grill chicken sandwich waited at window for 6 minutes then they came to the window and said it would be another 6 to 8 minutes for a grill chicken sandwhich as of now I have sitting for 21 minutes and still no chicken sandwhich.

  The last two times they got my order wrong at this location. Most recently I ordered the chicken dinner and the chicken was cold, dry and over cooked. This place is hit or miss. In my experience the worst times to get food here seems to 2-5pm in between lunch and dinner crowd.

  whoever the girl was working on 3/27 for night shift with reddish hair and was short, had a terrible attitude. said thank you multiple times and was nice and got a rolled eye everytime we spoke. everyone has bad days but it is not okay to take it out on customers, especially at a job.

  This might be the best Bojangles outside of the Fuquay-Varina I40 exit and NC A&Ts location. The food is always hot and the service is great. I'll drive from Mebane and pass 2 Bojangles in order to get to this one any day.

  I typically love this Location but today, I went around 6:00pm to grab some dinner for my son, and the food quality was horrible. the Chicken Tenders were hard as a rock and here is the biscuit that we both received. I was already home before I realized how bad the food was tonight. Unacceptable for this location because they are one of the better Bojangles that I have visited.
