  Horrible experience,Service is rude,Had to pull into a mobile order spot when its just me in the line,Asked for a frosty and was cut off and told they dont serve frosty's anymore,Horrible attitude from managers and associates

  Sat at the drive thru screen for 4 min+ with not a soul to take my order. I pull up to the 2nd window and try to wave someone down. They stated, were waiting on people to get here, youre going to have to come inside to order. Get inside, not a single customer inside. The fries are old and there were no frosties

  PLEASE BEWARE — they do NOT close at midnight. They close at 11….per the crew that worked tonight, 4/11/26, they will not serve food after 11. They start preparing to close so that they can LEAVE BY 12! That’s like saying you cannot visit the bank because although we close at 5p, I want to be out the door AT 5p so we actually stop letting people come in at 4p…Sounds ridiculous, right? RIGHT! David, the manager on duty, refused my refund after I placed an order via their website and the site would not allow me to cancel the order. It continuously gave an error message. I screen recorded my screen to show them and the female worker saw it herself. However, they were both very persistent in saying I MUST get a refund via “the app”….AGAIN, I ordered online, not their app! They also said I shouldn’t have ordered food at 11:30p…I ordered at 11:13p and got to their location at 11:20p…Overall, piss poor customer service. If you cannot honor your store hours for your own PERSONAL REASON(s), fix them so that people are not placing online orders that cannot be canceled/refunded! Shut this location down. Clearly all the 1 star reviews are more than accurate & I will be contacting higher up on Monday!

  thought to myself, could go to the club or i OR WE CAN TURN THIS DAY AROUND WITH A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH FROm... WENDYS!!!!! I WAS CHANGED!! IT WAS INSANE!! that spicy chick sandwee.. 🤤🤤🤤 had me sus... the whole family was satisfied! wife was so happy that she let me do it, WITH consent this time!
