    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. Initially, they forgot the dressing on my sandwich, which I realized after leaving. When I called, they told me to write down my name and number and return for a free sub to make it right. When I returned, the experience went from bad to worse. The staff actually started laughing while I was explaining the situation. After mocking the issue, they told me they "didn't have anything" for me and that I'd have to talk to the manager. It’s completely unprofessional to promise a resolution and then laugh in a customer’s face when they try to claim it. Avoid the drive-through and check your food thoroughly before leaving—or better yet, go elsewhere.

    I had a terrible experience at the Subway on Samet Dr. I was clearly overcharged, yet instead of taking a moment to review the receipt, the employee chose to argue with me and claimed he didn’t have the authority to fix anything. When I asked for his name, he flat-out refused to give it. Only after he finally looked at the receipt and saw he was wrong , he agreed to make the correction. My family and I have been loyal customers at this location for years because we live nearby, but this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a place we’ve supported for so long treat customers this way. This store seriously needs better training and better customer service standards. At this point, I don’t see myself coming back.
