- VNVince NappoFeb 18, 20262.0I hadn't eaten Pizza Hut in years. I decided, why not - it's been a long time; so, yesterday, I decided I'd get a personal pizza. Let me lay the ground work - hours said open at 10:00 AM - I get there around 11. I ask to order a personal pizza and I'm told, oh we don't have any of those ready yet, you can order a medium or a large. Okay, no. She say's how about a melt? I figured, okay - give me a meat lovers melt. It comes out and I pay for my lunch - then I ask for some napkins. After a few minutes, I'm sorry, we don't have any napkins. I then ask for a couple of paper towels - and then I'm off. The melt was awful. I took a couple of bites, ended up with a greasy mess on my pants. Yeah - no more.

We ordered from them twice and both times the app showed delivered but when we called they said they made the pizza wrong and it will be there shortly. The first time we didn’t say anything but the 2nd time we complained. They ended up refunding our money but completely canceled our order without saying a word. She was going to give me a credit and still give our order but apparently that doesn’t happen if you get a refund.
