  I typically enjoy dining a Panera. However I was appalled at how filthy this particular location was. Definately nit what you expect from the brand. Every part of the dining room, under tables, baseboards, glass doors, the floors, the bathroom and even areas I that I could see behind the counter looked as if they have not been cleaned in a very long time!!!

  I literally placed a mobile order to be picked up at 11:05 am. Got there at 11:05 with one car ahead of me who was already in the drive through. That car sat for 20 minutes before it ever moved. I sat there an additional 10 minutes waiting on someone to come to the window to bring my order. I will NEVER go back to this location. Drive up is worse than horrible of any place I have EVER been.

  It should be expected that there may be a wait for lunch during regular lunch hours. Unfortunately, the management closed orders in the drive through due to high volume of orders. It was after 1pm already. Very disappointed

  The service at this Panera Bread is impeccable! The manager, Chase, went out of his way to give my best friend and I a wonderful experience. He noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and offered us a free pastry. He listed all the choices and offered to warm it for us, too! Chase went out of his way to offer Sam and I a special experience.

  I just went through the drive-thru. I tried to make friendly conversation with the girl at the window, but she simply was not the friendly conversation type. That's okay, she was polite enough. I get home though, and I didn't get the chicken noodle soup I ordered, I got some kind of glob of something so thick it can hardly be called soup that has rice in it. I assume it's chicken and rice, and the cup is about 2/3 full. The half grilled cheese is cold and not really toasted. For the amount of money I paid for this slop I did not order, this cold half sandwich and a tea, I could have gone to Longhorn for a table service lunch. I'm going to try to add some hot water to this slop in this cup and see if I can turn it into soup, but really even if it was good, and it is not; even if it's what I ordered, and it is not, a half a sandwich and a cup of soup that's not even full with a drink is not worth the amount of money they charge you, and on top of that they've had a recent price increase and their containers have shrunk in size. They are price gouging, and their food simply is not worth the price, even if you are lucky enough to get what you ordered.
