  Decided to get some food delivered to my house. I ordered some burgers and two drinks, a large Dr. pepper and a small blue raspberry. We get the DoorDash and open the bag to see NO Dr. pepper and NO blue raspberry but there was a large Hi-C, that we didn’t even ask for. I call three times, only once they picked up and I couldn’t hear anyone in the speaker, I kept saying “Hello” but no one answered and then I get hung up. I called twice and no one answers. I expected more, let alone get my order correct. There was no excuse because they even had the sticker taped onto the outside of the bag, so how did they even get the wrong drink, not even drinks because I only got one 😡

  My stay here was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had no problems at all. Everything was set up nicely, and the environment was quiet. There are plenty of nearby activities and places to explore, which added to the experience. I felt safe during my stay, and the area was easy to walk around. Overall, I’m satisfied with my visit.

  I put in a mobile order for an iced coffee as I got near McDonald's. Got inside and waiting for a while. The line got backedup,people were getting ill. Usually with an online order ,esp just a coffee, it'll be set on the counter waiting to grab. Nothing. Their board doesn't have any numbers on it to show what orders they are working on or that have been served. So no one knows anything. Another girl who ordered coffee and food leaned across the counter and saw my coffee sitting on some other shelf off to the side. So when the cashier finally came back I asked her about it. The other girl had questions about the order just given to her as her coffee didn't look right. The cashier ignores me as she hands me a dripping...watered down mess and says to the other girl "No your order is right. I called her (meaning me) name a long time ago." Really rude people every time I got to this location. They act like the job kills them. But that's it,I'm done now. Won't be back. I just don't understand. Like you can't get the attention of anyone bc the upfront girl is trying to do five jobs. So if your order is for pickup inside how are you to know when and where it's at if they just shove it off to the side and don't care again? I was in store 15 mins and saw them call the name of several men who ordered hot coffee. If they didn't immediately get it...they just walked off with it. Eventually the men would come up and ask about it and it had to be remade. It's shitty service.

  Waited for curbside for 20 mins, tried to go through the drive thru to collect my food, the lady gave an attitude and said it was for inside pickup. Spoiler it wasn’t, I went inside the food wasn’t there. It was sitting on the counter in the back. Food was cold, had to go to another McDonald’s for fries. Judging by the line of angry people inside, I can only assume this is a common occurrence.
