This only goes for the High-Point location as other locations has been pleasant experiences. This location has the WORST customer service I have seen in my entire life. All the employees was standing around in the back goofing off, dancing to blaring music that should not be played in the a restaurant where families with kids are customers, half of them was as high as a kite struggling to keep their bloodshot eyes open never seeing me while I stood right there waiting on my food. I watched 3 employees take a break 10 minutes after I ordered my food. All 3 got their food and had it ate before I even got my food. Not to mention other customers come in and get their food as well. The store was not busy at all as it was 930-945 at night. My food was decent at best 32 mins later after I went to counter and asked for it. I stood there for around 7-8 mins watching it sit on counter as the kids played in the back til I asked for my food at which time they said it just had got done which I knew was a lie since they didn’t even see me standing there watching everything. Then they decided to smart off while cussing at me and lying straight to my face at which point I made my feelings COMPLETELY clear to the whole staff. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. NEVER WILL RETURN.
Was horrible managers don’t know what they are doing and are very rude especially to staff I heard one telling a staff member very rude things also customer service is horrible wait time is horrible they don’t even wash the tea containers out also was a bug inside of one man’s food

I was the only customer at 5:30 a.m., had ordered on the app, and still had to wait just under 10 minutes to get the food. Received (3)chicken tenders, fries, gravy, (4)hash browns, a bacon taquito, & 2 med cokes for $14.65. The sauces requested were in the bag. No napkins. The TASTE of all items was good, but the food itself was small; hash browns were thin rectangular strips 2½" long & very greasy, tenders were 3-3½" long, fries were even short, and the taquito was quite flat, not much to it. I had eaten a breakfast burrito from a Whataburger in Austin Tx, about 5 yrs ago & it was sooo good, and huge. Nothing like that on the menu here. Except for the cokes, all the food was like it belonged in a kid's meal. I will try a burger soon, but breakfast is a one-and-done.

First time we went about a week after opening, long wait, (which is to be expected being a new place) but food was wrong. Fries were cold.
Decided to let the hype where off and went back tonight. Wasn't busy, drive thru had about 4 cars but we decided to dine in. Didn't have any front counter help so had to use the kiosk. Didn't completely mind but would've rather ordered ar counter. After waiting 30 min on my order, I decided to go to the counter to question. I watched as they pulled my order out of a holder that wasn't even warm. He did say to check my order but I was already rushed as we had plans for the evening. Everything was cold, was missing the treat the comes with the kids meal, and the worst part. I didn't get my chocolate chip cookie that my son had specifically asked for. I agree I should've said something about my missing items, but I was hungry and rushed because I had plans for the evening 😞 Major letdown as my husband and I were ecstatic when we heard we were getting a whataburger because it was our favorite fast food when we used to travel. Sad to say we will not be returning to this location. Hopefully the one in Kernersville will do better.

DON'T GO.
My family just had one of the most awful experiences at any fast food restaurant we've ever been to.
As my wife put it, "Imagine the service at Popeye's. But WORSE." Which I didn't think was possible, but kudos to Whataburger for reaching for rock bottom!
My wife waited in the car for the food she had pre-ordered, and at ten minutes after the app said the food would be delivered to her curbside, she finally went inside to find out what's happening.
She knew something was bad when she found another woman waiting inside for her food, for almost the exact same situation, and she'd been waiting "a long time."
After three minutes of not one employee making eye contact in any way--and they weren't that busy, there were very few people there--my wife asserted herself and asked about our food. It turned out that even though she had ordered it curbside (she double-checked), they had it waiting over by the drive-thru, where this frigid, blustery day was making all the food good ICE COLD.
They missed one of the drinks, which my wife had to persistently ask them for, before someone finally made it for her.
They finally got home to discover that one entire meal was missing (a burger and fries), the two sweet teas they ordered had a remarkable lack of anything resembling sugar, and both of the fries that we DID actually receive... were not the right size. They were medium, at best, and they ordered large.
I find myself wondering why this new Whataburger even came to High Point. Why even open a business if the business you're planning to do is so poorly executed, the food so cold because of improper labeling (or maybe just plain not caring enough to pay attention), the employees so apathetic that they couldn't care less about making a good impression or keeping your business, the order fulfillment so wrong it would be laughable if my daughter wasn't genuinely disappointed about her total lack of food but trying to hide it to spare others' feelings, and the overall experience so needlessly long and amazingly bad.
Seriously, WAB: Why DID you bother? This was inexcusable, detestable service, and don't bother expecting to see us darken your doors ever again.
