Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
CURRENTLY IN THE DRIVE-THRU‼️
I’ve been sitting in the Whataburger drive-through for over 10 minutes with no greeting and no acknowledgment. They have two drive-through lanes, but the employee only serviced one while the other line piled up. When someone finally took my order, the attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional.
If the staff doesn’t want to deal with the consistent flow of traffic, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. The service here was slow, disorganized, and disappointing from start to finish.

The slowest thing in fast food that I've ever experienced. They were kind enough to bring my food out as soon as it was ready but I was still trapped in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes because the car is in front of me weren't moving and the cars behind me were trapped behind me et cetera et cetera. They've only been open for about a month so I'm hoping it's just needing more practice to compete with the seven or eight other options I have in the area because the food really is decent

I went here a week ago to eat. I waited in line 45 minutes in the drive-through the place is customer service is awful. They don’t care about the customer when I complained about the food not being good and the long wait in line. I was told well we’re not cookout. You don’t wait in line at cookout that long maybe eight minutes it’s supposed to be fast food not snail food if that keeps up people in Highpoint won’t go here for very long. No one goes to the Popeyes chicken anymore. It’s always slow no business. I guess it’ll be called out of businesses Instead of Whataburger

First off, the self ordering kiosk was very glitchy and delayed. Then I waited 30+ minutes for 1 burger and fries, I got the burger only at first and asked where are my fries then those took another 10 minutes, I also couldn’t ever get the attention of the one and only person working the front counter at the time to get my drink cup. While waiting for my food, a series of at least 4 people came asking about their milk shakes, which I had also ordered one, that’s when they revealed they were out of milk shake mix but the back never told the front line person. Then the person running the counter went to the back to get a manager out of the office and they never came, then the manager who was working on the wrap station finally hopped in with the frontline person to help her and to do refunds on milk shakes, while I was waiting on that multiple people came in tried ordering and ended up just leaving. Once I finally got my refund, I finally got my drink cup after multiple times of asking. Then I discovered my burger was lukewarm and fries were cold.

Went to Whataburger last night in High Point for the first time. Placed my order at the drive thru at 7:20. Finally got to the drive thru window at 8:05. There were about 20 cars behind me. There were 5 workers just standing at the window talking. One girl looked to be coming in for her shift she was standing there with a cash drawer in her hand waiting to clock in. I guess the people from the prior shift stopped working around 7:00. It was just unbelievable. They might as well shut the doors on this place. I imagine no one that was there last night will EVER return.
