Food was ridiculously cold, like it had been sitting for hours. I asked for it to be remade, and was asked to pull up so it wouldn’t disrupt their drive through time. No customers were waiting behind me or in the lobby, store was completely dead. I decided to go in and wait instead, even though it would make me late going back to work. Nuggets and fries dropped but burger was not remade. No straw for drink, no sauce given. Pure nonchalant, and laziness from shift lead and staff. Would not recommend.

If you’re looking for cold food, wrong orders, and employees who act like you personally ruined their day by showing up, this Wendy’s on South Main in High Point is the place to be. The food looked rushed, tasted worse, and somehow managed to be disappointing in every way. Service was slow, attitudes were worse, and basic customer service was clearly optional. Truly impressive how consistently bad everything was. Would not recommend.
