If you’re looking for cold food, wrong orders, and employees who act like you personally ruined their day by showing up, this Wendy’s on South Main in High Point is the place to be. The food looked rushed, tasted worse, and somehow managed to be disappointing in every way. Service was slow, attitudes were worse, and basic customer service was clearly optional. Truly impressive how consistently bad everything was. Would not recommend.

We pull to the window for payment I’m waiting for my receipt but she turns her back and is very rude I have to ask for it and she has an attitude. Then we go inside to get our food because it had been a while and the girl that handed the food shoved it in my arms and kept walking almost tripping me. SO RUDE!!!!

If you Own this Establishment then I would advise you to check in and do some "House Cleaning" absolutely unacceptable even if it is fast food.........
