This building shares a parking lot with Caribou Coffee next door and its a little confusing how to access their drive-thru. My issue is that I attempted to order an acai bowl at around 2pm and was told that they are sold out of acai bowls. I don't understand how that happens when the item is one of the main offerings on your menu besides smoothies. Pretty disappointing.

When someone places a door dash order, it’s generally because they don’t want to go out and get the food themselves, that is why these services are available now. It’s not on the door dasher to make sure all of our food is there because I don’t want a stranger rummaging around our food. But these dang employees need to open their eyes. When calling to speak about their mistake, they had music blaring in the back ground, and was probably more concerned with what song was going to play next. Hire employees who actually wanna do their job and not have a party in your industry.
