I stepped out to finish my phone call when a gentleman walked in and stepped to the side. He had a list with him. When the lady finished ordering and paying she said "good luck with this". I didn't know what she was talking about until I stepped up to order. So the guy who came in after me when I was outside told me I could go ahead of him since he had a few subs. I said ok thank you. She skips me on purpose. I said ma'am I'm next. She says no you're not. The guy and I say at the same time that he told me I could go next. The lady I am speaking of was Shantelle. She didn't have a badge in so I hope it is spelled correctly. She was rude and wanting to go back and forth with me. Then when u started to order she said they didn't have any Italian herb in a rude tone. I left and told the guy thank you for letting me order before him. I turn led back around to get her name and she claim there was no corporate number. She is rude and hateful. You would think she would smile due to her looking how she looks!! You are in customer service!! Have a better attitude or simply go home!! Get it together ma'am!
