I went to the Salt and Pepper for the first time today. I was confused about what to order and met the young lady in the front, she suggested biryani, lahori chana, butter chicken, and varieties of naan. I ordered biryani, butter chicken and garlic naan. Food was ambrosial. Thank you Ashika for the outstanding service. If you are near High Point/ Greensboro, I would highly recommend this spot! Definitely going back.

I used to order here all the time a few years back and the food was amazing especially the butter chicken I would eat it all the time sometimes 2 to 3 times a week. Then I had to stop because the food quality went way down. Idk if they hired a new chef or what but the food is terrible now. I had to stop going unfortunately. I tried the spot 4 times previously hoping the food would taste better and it was just the one time but every time I order I get disappointed. Either the chicken is under cooked or over cooked or the sauce taste like a down grade of their normal recipe. Unfortunately I kept wasting money and told my self that I have to stop ordering because the food no longer taste the same. Idk if they chaged the chef or recipe over the last few years but whatever they did they need to undo asap. It's a shame this place used to have the best food now trash what a shame.

I traveled from Burlington to Salt and Pepper over the weekend with my family and had the worst experience of my life. The waiter took my order and then seemed to forget about me while looking at his phone. After an hour, I approached the cashier to ask about my order, and she told me she didn't know, that she only answered the phone, not served customers. I definitely do not recommend it.

I'm a regular customer and I've never had such terrible service in a long time. Eight minutes after my food arrived, they brought the bill. I told the girl at Nepan that I would pay at the front desk when I finished my meal, and she waited by my side until I handed her my card. They didn't give me any more water, much less any takeout containers. After being a frequent customer for so long, I definitely won't be back.

Drove from Raleigh up to High Point for this Experience of Traditional Pakistaini Food. We Ordered ahead of Time. So by the time we got there are Food was coming out. I highly recommend you do this in advance, Based on the Reviews I have read most people do not understand this Food takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an Hour to prepare. We Ordered Chicken Karahi, Lahori Chana, Charsi Tikka and Naan. Let me just say this is the Best Pakistaini Food in North Carolina hands down. The Chef (Arif Bhatti) came out to greet us, his Cooking is Amazing. Please come to Raleigh sooner to Open another Restaurant here.
