I placed an online order and received a notification that my pizza was ready. I ordered no cheese due to a dairy intolerance and possible allergy for my family. I’ve ordered this exact pizza from this location multiple times with no issue because there’s usually enough sauce to compensate for the lack of cheese. This time, the pizza was extremelyyyy dry. When I mentioned the inconsistency, the employee told me the sauce is “measured with a spoon” and acknowledged that they’re “working on making sure everyone is doing the right thing.” I asked if the pizza could be remade with extra sauce, and I was told it would take about 10 minutes. I waited over 10 minutes, returned inside, and found that the pizza hadn’t been started because an interview had come in. While I understand things happen, I had already paid and was waiting, and that should have been prioritized. When the pizza was finally brought out to my car, it was still incorrect….this time in multiple ways. It was made with thin crust instead of regular, and the toppings were wrong. The entire pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, with half also having hamburger. Instead, pepperoni was only on one half and hamburger on the other, which was incorrect twice over. This experience was frustrating from start to finish. I’m disappointed because this location has usually been reliable, but the lack of attention to detail, long wait, and repeated mistakes made this visit well below average. I requested a refund and left to go to sir pizza where I should’ve ordered from to begin with: Faithful in service, taste, and accuracy.
