Then they just throw baguettes down in the bottom of the bag. Not wrap or anything. Now I know why I never wanted to try any food from here.

Today I came by to politely request 10 cups and lids for my mom who really just likes the cups for some reason. She can see if they're getting old better because she'll reuse them for as long as possible. In the past I had been given them for free in one or two count increments. I have even paid before for just a drink to get a small stack of cups. But suddenly today they wanted to charge me $30 for 10 plastic cups when I had explained they were for my elderly mother who just likes their cups and shouldn't people try to make a little old lady happy with some cheap plastic cups. It might be store policy and I can't blame the employees because they're just protecting themselves from getting in trouble but a store should have the flexibility to assist customers with what they need.

Each table I tried to sit at had food stains, crumbs, and even used toothpicks. Trash was overflowing at each trash station and the drink stations were stained as well. My mac and cheese felt like it hadn't been cooked fully, and they were out of the drink I normally get. Dirty floors and dirty restrooms. I used to love this Panera, but it's really gotten sloppy 😭 Please Panera, work on the cleanliness and cooking at this location.
