My biggest complaint is that they ALWAYS mess up their iced tea. I frequently study in Panera and love that you can refill your drinks, but this location specifically REALLY MESSES UP their tea. This is not a Panera bread problem - the tea at other locations across states tastes good and consistent, but THIS location's tea is AWFUL. Undrinkable

Not only that they forgot my avocado of both sandwiches, served us with no drinks and one sandwiche was supposed to be spicy and another only that one of the soups was cold. All this was given to us by the night shift and on top of that the lady taking our order seemed to rush us in the drive through asking on repeat is that it when we was clearly still talking.
