First, the AI said that “People say this cafe offers a variety of bagels, sandwiches, and soups.” True ✅. They had a bunch of options to choose from. And they even have a “You Pick 2” deal, which gives a discount of all items, which is so SMART of them to do that. The food was even delicious! But the AI also said “Other reviews mention the service can be slow and the food can be incorrect.” This was also true ✅… It was kind of slow, and they got half of my order WRONG. I picked a soup, a grilled cheese, and a side of chips. I did get my grilled cheese, but they got the soup wrong and gave me a SALAD instead. They did change it after (thank god), but then I realized MY SIDE WAS MISSING. They told me that they are busy working, which I get. At least if my order was right it would be a perfect 5/5. So overall, it was kind of mid. If they could spend the same amount of time, but ACTUALLY get my order right, it would be a great place instead of good. But the food was delicious at least.

Cleaning appeared to be an afterthought and many tables were not clean enough to eat on. Had been our favorite Panera Bread for years. Disappointing to say the least but I am hopeful that it will turn around soon.
