- TTTCG2 days ago1.0It had been a while since I visited a Panera Bread. This visit was a good reason for me to not go back, or just the reason I quit almost 3 years ago. Waited 10 minutes to place an order. No one designated to take orders. Everyone doing their own thing, no team work. I asked if I could have a smear of mustard on my B.E.C. stale bagel and I do mean STALE! We have mustard packets out there with a point to the drink machine. Total visit time for a togo order was over 20 minutes. I only went to panera because I was closer to them than my regular bagel place on the other side of I-74. I will make the extra miles for a better quality bagel sandwich and definitely faster service. Definitely local too.

My phone rang with a VERIFIED Panera Bread Number. Someone had got into my account in less than 3 minutes and completely wiped it dry. I'm a young widowed, single mom. This is never in my life happened to me before. Uber was of absolutely no use. Thankfully the location where my stolen information tried to be used- all the way in a coffee shop in TEXAS and personally refunded my money. I have had to Cancel every single account and reorder everything!!! And to top it off, every single item I had ordered from the Penny road location was completely disgusting. ONLY THING we even touched was the tea. So not only did I get caught in a scam/fraudulent BS. But had to toss out the food. It was cold and tasted horribly. The ONLY correlation so far that My Lawyer, Local and Federal authorities have found was PANERA. THIS LOCATION TO BE EXACT!!! 🎯🎯🎯 KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE!!!!! EATING/ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION PUTS YOU AND YOUR FINANCES AT HIGH RISH!!!! I need someone in your legal department to contact me immediately.

My biggest complaint is that they ALWAYS mess up their iced tea. I frequently study in Panera and love that you can refill your drinks, but this location specifically REALLY MESSES UP their tea. This is not a Panera bread problem - the tea at other locations across states tastes good and consistent, but THIS location's tea is AWFUL. Undrinkable
