Now tell what kind of crazy mess is that. Everytime I go to that McDonald's its always something.

This drive-thru is like the nursing home of drive-thrus. Why have two lanes if you only let one car go at a time and then you wait 4 minutes? That was my wait time 4 minutes between cars. That is unacceptable. Fire them all fire the manager clean out the store and get it together.

She barely acknowledged me and just stood there staring at me waiting for me to take my food from the tray. Is it so hard to provide friendly customer service or at least to acknowledge somebody when they ask how you're doing?
