- LBLaila B2 days ago1.0This is my local McDonald’s and every single time I come to this McDonald’s they have asked me to pull up to a drive-thru parking spot. I don’t order anything special, I ordered a burger and fries, and it still takes them five minutes to bring it out to my car. And I know they do it because they don’t wanna have long wait times on their stats however they’re lying and manipulating their numbers by making people pull up to parking spots. i’m currently at the restaurant right now in FIVE cars are waiting for their orders. This is truly irritating and just poor customer service, it is a consistent problem I’ve experienced here.

On three separate evenings, I spent about 2.5 hours each night in this McDonalds. The atmosphere was generally quiet. Overall, the dining area was clean with staff periodically checking and wiping tables. The bathroom was one of the cleanest McDonald's bathrooms I've ever been in. Staff appeared to actually be there to work. The woman who appeared to be the leader or manager had a wonderful smile. She was observed multiple times pleasantly greeting and having upbeat conversation with customers.
