I went there today to get a replacement meal due to the fact that when I was there about a week ago my food was not up to par. Files are cold soft and soggy my burger didn't have any bacon on it as well. So I called that same night when I arrived at home to tell them. I spoke with the manager which I don't remember his name but they told me they would fix it. Took my name down and told me I could come back when it's convenient for me. So I went there today to pick up that meal.I told the cashier he then tells another guy who was I think cooking the food and the guy got a nasty attitude stating why did I wait so long to come get my food. There was a girl that was working in the back as well ask me my name because I told them they said my name will be in a book. She proceeds to act like she checked it and came back three seconds later saying I don't see your name so I don't know what to tell you. At that point I was over it and I wasn't about to be late returning to work so I said I'll pay for it but I need everyone's name so that I can put it on my report. The girl said he's not getting anything you need to pay for your food and go on about your business. At this point I'm upset I feel like I'm wasting my time my money and I'm being disrespected by employees of company that I paid for regularly. The girl even threaten me saying she would call her boyfriend on me. Like WHAT!? I felt like I was in a Twilight zone like this can't be happening. So they refused to give me the employees names so I took a picture of two of the employees. This needs to be addressed and I won't stop until it is

So , I drove to the store inside I tried to use the coupon and I was told that I could not use it and they have stop taking the coupon because they were getting too many orders. Funny you took my order with out the use of the coupon so as long as I don’t want a bogo free deal you will take my order this is unexplainable for a corporate offer to be rescinded.
