The guy with the tattoos working the window was very dismissive of me would not extend his arm to take my payment or to scan my phone. I tried to make it clear. I needed it with almond milk. They were very dismissive of course I got my cappuccino. It was not made with an extra shot of espresso and it did not have almond milk now because of their lack of professionalism. I just wasted 7$ Because I got charged for what I ordered and I definitely did not receive it. I would be late for work if I went back to have them make my order the way I ordered it. This is a consistent issue with Dunkin’ Donuts across the board. I will never be back.
