- PCPierce CarterOct 31, 20251.0On October 17th I visited High Point Nc. I was staying at a near by hotel and ordered a pizza. As time passed, I sat in my room with no pizza. Finally I called to inquire about my pizza. The manager said, sir that pizza was delivered by his driver. I said I'm sitting here with no pizza. Then he tells me that they deliver to this hotel daily, he puts his trust in his drivers, if they said they delivered it, they are correct. Basically he was calling me a LIAR, because I have no pizza. About ten 10 minutes later there is a knock on my door. Over an hour and a half, there is dominoes pizza delivery guy standing there with a cold pizza, apologizing because he left the pizza at the wrong room. I wish I had taken the name of the manager that night, to ask for an apology for calling me a liar. The next time I visit High Point, I promise you, I will never order dominoes. I'm pretty sure they don't want money from a LIAR! SMH

I told him the pizza wasn't fresh and he said they will remake it and hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. I called at 10: 28pm for the remake pizzas so now it's 11:30pm and it's still not here. I need my refund

So I call another place and they told me south main is my restaurant, which I understand and call them again getting the same lady. I was about to place my order when she tells me that they can't deliver which I assume was because they have no drivers. This wouldn't be frustrating if I wasn't left on hold for almost twenty minutes just to find out they couldn't even deliver anyways. Do better and hire people who can drive this late at night because that's just ridiculous.
