    Wonderful staff, very friendly! 😃 The food wash fresh, hot and delicious 🤤 ❤️. Always a great chill atmosphere 😎, definitely recommend.

    Dishes pulled high , with no clean dishes to prep more food. They were out of brown rice , but couldn’t prep more for the lack of clean dishes. Drink machine completely out of ice , customers couldn’t get ice for their drinks. Tables were filthy , and not being cleaned. Which lead to no where for customers to sit. Manager standing around not helping employees do the dishes so they could prep more food for customers. Some employees were not wearing gloves as they prepped food for customers on the line. Employees quitting on the spot and walking out due to no help , or care from management to help. Food was not cooked to correct temperatures, which resulted in my spouse having food poisoning. As a restaurant in a busy college town you’d think they would do better than this ! DO BETTER CHIPOTLE !!

    This place has gone downhill since the management changed a few months ago. Since then, it is consistently terrible!! This evening, they were out of brown rice, pinto beans, several meats, and pico de gallo. Like, c’mon! I was about to ask for cheese when a dude dropped a temperature gauge into the cheese bin and then reached in without gloves and pulled it out. GROSS! The woman behind me asked for a chicken protein bowl and the employee had no idea what that was. Dude—you literally just put a scoop of chicken in a bowl! Lmao. Another employee told the guy in front of me the queso was 60 cents extra when the menu clearly says $1.60. On top of everything else the chips we bought were pale and stale. The thing is it’s always like this now. I’ll drive to the Kernersville location from now on.

    We have been ordering from this location for years and it’s always one of our favorite meals. Tonight we came inside to order and were greeted by an enthusiastic employee named Richard. He clocked in and immediately started engaging with guests, smiling and even asking his coworkers how he could help them. It was really great to see someone so friendly behind the line, happy to be there and going above and beyond not only for the guests, but for his coworkers as well. Keep up the good work, Richard. It was a pleasure meeting you! -a queso enthusiast
