- TSTray SiddenNov 15, 20251.0We stopped there at 6:30 on a Saturday night. You can't ring the sign at the drive-thru so we parked and walked up to the window. We waited outside between 15 and 20 minutes and never saw a soul. We then called the store to find out if anybody was there. They said they were there that everybody was in the back cleaning. Can't have customer service with no customers. They didn't ask us if he wanted to come and place or order anything so we just got in our car and left.

I will say the parking lot/drive thru access is a bit cumbersome as I felt like I was going in circles....because I was. Travel tip - Turn in BEFORE the Caribou into the parking lot there a George's Pizza and Miso Ice Cream and drive over to the drive thru. Less circling that way! When I arrived, I simply said my name and was told to pull around. All 3 times the service was with a smile and a thank you. The drink was hot and tasty. I also ordered a breakfast sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on my second visit and it was equally tasty. Felt like a breakfast sandwich you would get at a good diner, did no feel rubbery or microwaved.
