  Dined in and Waited almost two hours to get food. When I got my food it was cold and the wings has sauce on only one side. I told the waiter the food wasn’t hot and he brought out hotter sauce not taking the time to listen, the sauce was burning hot. The bathrooms were gross and the paper towel dispenser was not working. After my family ate it took the waiter almost a hour to come to our table so that We can ask for a box to go and our receipt to pay and then when we asked for a box he said ok but brought the table behind us a box instead and checked them out when we asked for a box and receipt before them. He then took more time after checking them out to bring the box and more time until we got loud to bring the receipt to check us out. To make the experience even worse, when I got home the food hit me and made me sick. Stay away from this place they probably don’t wash there hands, the health department need to go in and check them out and grade them, probably already.

  Our food took forever. I ordered wings and they weren't cook enough. Was just terrible experience. When we asked for the Manager she said Whats your problem? She heard us and took off. Never came back.

  Ordered first thing in the morning for Super Bowl Sunday. Received confirmation order would be ready by 5:50 pm. Got there early about 5:40 pm. My son went in to wait for our order and was told it was going to be awhile. We traded & I went in to wait. Was told it could be 1-2 hr wait. They were 70 orders behind and kept taking more. At about 6:30 pm, asked where I was on the list & was told about 1/2 hr or 45 mins. I stupidly decided to wait. Finally at 7:30, I checked again and was told there were 4 pages of orders before mine. Told them to cancel & got a refund. Then at 8:12 pm, I get a message my order is ready. Are you serious?! This can't be the first time this business has been busy for a Super Bowl. Do better! Guess I should have read the other reviews first. Never coming here again. Thanks for nothing! No stars.

  This Buffalo Wild Wings in High Point, NC is awful!!! We did a mobile to-go order at around 6:50pm. The order status said it would be ready at 7:10. We arrived to pick up the order at 7:15pm and were told it wasn't ready because they were waiting on the queso. The bag that they ultimately handed over at 7:31 had been sitting there since we arrived. They added a seperate bag with the queso. A check over the bag contents in the car revealed that the bag was missing our ranch, carrots, beer cheese & honey mustard sauce for pretzel bites. My husband went back inside to request the missing items. The employee instead of apologizing and trying to make it right argued with him and said " they're in the bag", which we had already looked through and they weren't. After a huge amount of attitude and no apology they gave him a bag of five baby carrots (LOL), and the sauce cups about 25% full. When we got home all of the wings and even the queso we were "waiting on" were ice cold. You can get chicken nuggets at McDonalds or Wendy's bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings' boneless wings. $10 for five pretzel bites is ridiculous. The food and service here used to be so good. Its now garbage. I would like to speak to management to adjust the tip I left prior to receiving the terrible service down to 0%.
