We were told it wasn't ready but we watched 7 people come and go with their orders. . The staff was very rude about it when we inquired. I did demand my order in the next 5 minutes or we were leaving this was unexceptable service. I was told by the host "to get myself in check". If I wasn't mad before, I sure am now. Terrible service, slow service and very rude staff at the to go area!!!.

The customer who was already there and checked in was wanting to ask the hostess a question and then the hostess told her to wait until she checked us in and she would address her questions. That customer and her family left frustrated. While we are waiting we saw a server wearing a football jersey with Bryant name on the back and a number 1. He handed a customer some sauce while rubbing his nose. This person ended up being our server and he got our drinks pretty quick, but he stood at the bar playing on his phone and was walking around playing on his phone and it took him 15 minutes to come to our table to ask us for our order at that time we decided that we had had enough and we left. It was getting frustrating trying to get someone to pay attention to us. This is the worst Buffalo wild wings I’ve ever been to in my life. We will NEVER go back to this location ever!

He sat me a a table and after sitting over 10 minutes I got up to leave. Now the server wants to come over. When I said I wasn't leaving he did tell me to have a good night. I guess thats worth a star.
