I went here on a late afternoon December 21, and bought a combo meal, two steak biscuits, and fries at the drive through. I was told there would be a five minute wait and to pull up. Five minutes turned into 15, and there was only one customer in the restaurant eating and no one in the drive through. I backed up to the window where there was no one in sight. Finally I called the restaurant and a lady whom I assume is the manager answered. I asked her where our food was, and she said she would get it. She came up there from the back and started cutting the biscuits. She was short with reddish hair and glasses. Then the girl who took the order came up from the back to the window, and I said "where is my order. She said what order?" Then another worker came up from the back and just stood there. The little lady I assume was the manager was making it so obviously they knew they didn't make it. She never looked at us, spoke to us, or acknowledged us in any way. I received no explanation or apology. Also, the biscuits were hard and dark. The fries were soft and not hot. Why did they all disappear to the back? I don't get it, and I am amazed the manager didn't speak to us. A simple apology would have been enough to keep me as a customer. Obviously they knew there was an order because someone had already cooked the steak patties and chicken strips. I will never go to this location again.

Walked here while car was being checked at Precision, across the street. Staff was friendly, place was clean and food was fresh. This was the first Bojangles I've seen with the kiosk thing on the inside! Extra points goes to the guy behind the counter that said my daughter's biscuit didn't look presentable and he got her another one. Minus points goes to the door that kept flopping over due to the high winds that day. Not the store's fault but had to mention it!

I visited this Bojangles location today, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-through window for my order: a #15 (leg and two-thigh dinner) with slaw and fries, plus a kids’ Supreme meal with fries. When I pulled off and checked my bag, I tried one fry—and it was awful. It tasted old, like it had been sitting in grease for way too long. I tried another and noticed the fries looked just as bad as they tasted. They did not taste like Bojangles fries normally do. I turned around and went inside with both orders. Not only were my fries unacceptable, but I also realized they didn’t give me my slaw and even forgot one of the thighs from the “leg and 2 thigh” dinner. When I brought this to the employees’ attention, they tried to blame the mistakes on being “busy.” However, it was only me and one other car there—so that excuse didn’t match the reality at all. When I asked for fresh sides, the employee at first acted like she didn’t want to replace them. She was eventually nice enough to give me different sides, but the fries I originally received should never have been handed to any customer. For clarity, the fries in my picture are not greasy from being fresh— they were warm but tasted and looked like they had been cooked earlier and then re-dipped in grease before serving. To make things even more frustrating, when I pointed out the missing thigh, the employee was only going to give me a leg at first until she found more thighs cooked. All in all, I should have just gotten my $17.59 back. The food was not worth it, the quality was unacceptable, and the service was unprofessional. I will not be returning.
