The young girl at the register was actually very nice and this does not reflect on her, but the older women were horrible. I ordered my food at the speaker which is Ai and is off putting, and after i left the speaker i changed my mind, and as soon as i got to the window i asked if it was possible to change part of my order, and the older women acted as if it was the biggest inconvenience in their lives. Its not that deep but they got a hateful attitude that i even asked the question. I told them to just forget about it, but this place really needs to look into replacing those women because they act like they hate their jobs anyway. I wont be back, food wasnt even good.

I get busy time to cook a good bit but nobody likes paying for food thay thrybwaste majority of. The chicken comes out crunchy and overcooked. You cna tell because its dry and the flour isnt even on thr chicken just a brown speck. Prices went UP and Quailty went down. Thats a shame.

They make you stand there for 5 to 7 minutes before they'll even take your order and then while bagging your food they just have a nasty attitude. I shouldn't have to apologize for asking for ketchup because they'll get mad if I ask. I just feel like I'd they don't like their job... They should go find another. Again, I love the food. But I feel very uncomfortable when going in and ordering. I would go through the drive-thru to avoid all this but usually almost every time I go I'm in my work vehicle and it won't fit in the drive-thru.
