She brought food to table and asked if we needed anything else. Food was fresh and hot. This was the service I received from Bo's prior to 2020 and haven't seen it since. Keep up the good work, because the rest of the Greensboro locations have forgotten about the old Bo's way.

- WMWuiskary MedinaDec 12, 20251.0I came in at around 7-8 pm, as I was waiting for my order I see a worker walk out of the bathroom, the male, light skinned manager starts yelling at her saying she isn't allowed to use the bathroom. and that she was on her phone, funny, I saw the manager on the phone earlier. That didn't sit right with me so I called and made a complaint and the manager answered .. "I didn't say that doeeee".. very unprofessional. This location is extremely understaffed and management seems horrible. The wait is long and the quality of the food isn't the same as other bojangles, maybe if they didn't have 2 workers practically running the restaurant things would be different. I don't think yelling at teens doing their best is helping
- BBBrittany BarthellDec 5, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I stopped going to this location for over a year. Decided recently I’d give them a try again. First couple of times customer service was pleasant, so I thought they had hired new staff. Last 3-4 interactions have been absolutely awful. They have one lady that works the window in the morning and she has a nasty attitude, not one has she been pleasant to deal with. Prayers that whatever is going on in her life she seeks the healing and peace she possibly deserves. However, I will never patronize this location again.
