My sweet boyfriend went in and tried to fix it.. and we got the cheddar sauce. I went in a third time (feeling like a complete bother) hoping to figure out what happened. I genuinely wondered if they stopped carrying the natural cheddar - the Arby's on eastchester in HP made the same mistake a while ago, and refused to remake it even once.. "that is cheddar" 😐 The manager at this one was absolutely stellar. She let me verify the cheese before they made the sandwich and was extremely kind throughout the process. She then left me with a coupon as well. Best Arby's experience so far. Thank you!

The GM, is incredibly knowledgeable of the service industry, and takes such pride in her store! Arby’s continues to be a step above it’s competitors with not only service, but also in food quality!

Very sweet not to mention very hilarious…kept me entertained while we waited on my order (Which was fresh!!). She’s making Arby’s look good..honorable mention to the rest of the crew working that night but she’s the real deal. I’ll def be back! 😊 God bless you, Mikiyah. 🤩
