- KBKristin BachmanApr 5, 20261.0I went to this location and three people were working there and didn’t say hello to me, and were staring at me for a couple of minutes. Two were at the front counter and one person was in the drive thru. I can understand why the guy in the drive thru wasn’t talking to me but I had no idea why neither person in the front was not talking to me. I finally said my order after no one said anything to me for a while. The girl who was in front of me stared at me to acknowledge she heard me I guess but didn’t tell me the total of my order and was starting at me for a while after I said my order. I waited about a minute, expecting someone to say my total. No one ever said it, so I handed her my card. She took my card to another register by the drive thru and came back with my coffee. She didn’t say anything and just handed me my card and coffee. I was standing there waiting for some kind of communication, because I was not even sure if my payment was processed and never got my receipt. Then I asked for my receipt. She still didn’t say anything but laughed and went and got my receipt. I waited for some kind of communication and got nothing from her or the manager who was standing next to her. Then the guy who was working in the drive thru told me have a nice day because he could probably tell I was confused by what had just happened. I would give him 5 stars but overall this was a 1 star experience. He is really the only person who even talked to me the entire time. I feel like the manager could have talked to me. As I was getting sugar and stuff I heard them talking to one another about their weekend plans so she definitely was talking, just no to me. I rarely write reviews like this but I probably wouldn’t go back here. And then they didn’t put cream in my coffee when I asked for it.
