  Pretty good, it was my first time going. I got a bowl instead of a burrito. The portion was gigantic so even though it was pricey I didn't feel cheated. Food quality seemed exceptional. I liked the cilantro lime sauce it was good have the bowl a southwestern taste. Kinda think it's funny though that they didn't have any actual chipotle sauce given the namesake. Chipotle in adobo is awesome and the restaurant Chipotle is pretty darn good to. Give it a try of you haven't.

  Used to eat here every Saturday. As I work near by. Had an awful experience 2 months ago. Still to this day I have not gone back. That little kid was disrespectful calling me by my name with attitude (it was a to-go order wasn’t done after 15 mins past the time to be ready). Walked out left my food that he was “making” and called and got my refund back. Still boycotting it to this day.

  N Main store used to be fantastic! We go every week. Recently there has been a huge decline in everything. Sometimes they are open, sometimes not. Sometimes they have all varieties, Sometimes not. Friendliness is optional the same with cleanliness. The management and staff has changed, perhaps that's the problem. Decided to try the S Main location and it was a hot mess. Come on Chipotle get your act together. You used to be great, try doing that again please.

  The food was insanely salty this time. I had to throw away my rice. The beef had a lot of tough grissle in it. The bathroom was dirty and the restaurant side was disorganized and not clean.

  The service at this location was extremely slow, and the environment was noticeably unclean. Several employees were standing around instead of maintaining cleanliness, and others were using their phones while on the floor, engaged in personal conversations. My order was scheduled to be ready at 8:50 PM, but I did not receive it until 9:00 PM. Additionally, I observed staff handling multiple surfaces with the same gloves, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. I strongly recommend addressing these issues to improve both service quality and cleanliness. UPDATE: My quesadilla was burnt and folded together any kind of way, they didn’t even cut it. Out of my own safety and concern .. I did not eat it! I ever back the next day and requested it be remade and was tuned away. Complained to Chipotle and was offered a free meal for compensation. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DONT EAT HERE.. it literally gets worser and worser.
