  Usually always go here, came with a truck and small trailer was parked in one of the two lanes so we could walk to the drive-through due to my back being hurt at the moment. The lady with PINK HAIR was extremely rude and wouldn't even let us get to the window take our orders before deciding she was going to force us to move the vehicle (4 people, order was going to be $50+), keep in mind the entire time cars are passing us with zero issues. will never ever come to this store again, if you don't like being talked to like a child then avoid going here at all cost, the other location is just right up the street and actually have respect for their fellow humans.

  I normally would not take the time to do a review but this happens so often that I can’t not say anything! My receipt says the server is Michele L… Every time this lady or the other older lady takes my order they never gets it right.. each time we get to the window she repeats the order.. and it’s wrong.. she corrects and the young lady preparing gives her the side eye because she had already started preparing the order that was given. We have to drive forward and wait. We go there two to three times a week no issues. Please provide additional training

  I absolutely love this Caribou location. Every time I go there, my drinks are always amazing! The ladies that work there are so sweet and always have a positive attitude. I go at least two times a week and I have never had any complaints about my coffee or service.

  I had such a great experience at Caribou Coffee! The drinks were absolutely delicious—perfectly crafted, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of everything they serve. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit even better. They were attentive, upbeat, and made sure everything was just right. On top of that, the service was impressively fast. Even with a busy line, everything moved quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s the perfect spot when you want something tasty without a long wait. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Disappointing... We received gift cards for this second rate coffee shop and when inserted into the machine to pay, the man on duty said they were declined. I responded by asking if there was a possible problem with the machine, to which he shook his head. We then paid full price $21.95, or something of this nature. We were then asked to more forward to wait for our drinks. When delivered, the lady delivering wasn't much more tactful. My wife had checked the balance while we were waiting, and there was, in fact, a balance on the cards. She apathetically apologized, to which I responded that he should have checked. She said this wasn't possible due to the way the computer system works; she meant improbable. I let her know that he could have always cancelled the sale and opened the computer for the opportunity to see the balance on the cards. This then led to another excuse. I don't doubt this is one of the reasons the two Starbucks locations in High Point always have a line and I've never seen one here. Results = Gift cards regigifted Event took place at approximately 10:20 AM on Sunday, 3/19/2026
