Do not order from this location—seriously, save yourself the frustration. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant, and the way it was handled was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
We placed an order and waited patiently, assuming everything was moving along as normal. After some time passed with no update, we checked in and saw that our Uber driver had already arrived at the restaurant and was waiting. The driver communicated multiple times that they were still there, waiting for the order to be completed. This went on for nearly two full hours—not 20 minutes, not even an hour—two hours of waiting with zero accountability from the restaurant.
At no point did anyone from the restaurant reach out to explain a delay, provide an update, or even acknowledge that something was wrong. Meanwhile, our driver continued to sit there, wasting their time, while we were left completely in the dark.
Finally, after waiting far longer than any reasonable customer should, we decided to call the restaurant ourselves just to figure out what was going on. That’s when things somehow got even worse. We were casually told that they had thrown away our order. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to make it right—just “we threw it away.”
When we asked for them to remake it, we were told they couldn’t because they were closing in 8 minutes. So after letting us and the driver sit there for two hours, they simply decided to discard the order and refuse to fix it because it was “too close to closing.”
This is not just poor service—it’s a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer respect. If there was an issue with the order, why wasn’t it communicated? Why was the driver allowed to wait for hours with no resolution? Why was the order thrown away instead of completed or even canceled properly?
No customer should ever have to deal with this level of negligence. Time is valuable, and this place clearly does not respect yours. Between the lack of communication, the wasted time, and the refusal to correct their mistake, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually value their customers and handle issues professionally—this is not one of them.

I ordered the 6 bundle deal and I waited an hour and a half just to pick up my food. I ordered a sweet tea and they handed me unsweetened tea TWICE and I opened up both of my box of potato wedges and we literally got like 10 wedges in my box 😑 The wings were okay but still yall need to replace yall staff ASAP! The food quality was TERRIBLE!!! Literally moving slow and half of the cooks were standing outside

I took my grands there during Easter break. My wings were cold! I am saying cold not lukewarm but cold. I am not one to send back food because I am not thrilled about eating out. Anyway, it’ll be my last time visiting this location. If you’re serving chic wings cone on people at least serve them hot!
