  This place needs better management!!! There was no tea in the lobby for one. For two I asked for fresh fries the ones I got tasty weird and are old. They barely had a drive through line and could manage it or the people in the lobby! Taco Bell has more business than yall and I’ve never seen somewhere this disorganized.

  As I was in the drive-thru, I asked the cashier to make sure that my chicken is hot and my French fries for my meal were fresh. The Assistant General Manager AL overheard the conversation through the window and yelled out Ma’am this chicken is just coming up out of the fryer hot. If you pull up to the door, I’ll bring it out to you ., and moments later he did just that., he followed through and delivered and he was absolutely wonderful. He had small talk with me before he went back in and thanked me.. I just want to give a shout out to AL who took care of the customer. I am so pleased with that service hadn’t been to Bojangles in over four months. Stopped by Westchester first, convenient to my home and simpler.. walked in not even a smile or hello as I stood there.. I walked right back out, still wanting Bojangles, I drove past my home with grandchildren tired, hungry from school and came to North Main. It was really refreshing to have fast, friendly service, Kudos to AL who listened and took care of me!

  Overall, I like this place and have been here many times, though today was my first time dining inside. The service is just "okay" and could definitely be improved; there’s a clear need for more professionalism. Along with that, the dining area feels unwelcoming, which impacts the overall experience. With some adjustments, I believe the business could attract more customers and see an increase in revenue.

  Too bad I’m not in the car maybe if I was in the drive-through I would’ve gotten some service. Sit at the counter for four minutes with nobody to take my order. Thanks a lot.
