  Biscuit King is awesome and the staff is amazing! I have encountered the manager and an employee named Carrington this morning. She was awesome and her zebra print nails were beautiful and her smile made my day. The staff member named Jonathan is humble and kind and the manager I met was amazing as well. Biscuit King does it well and everybody in High Point should support this business. Proverbs 11:22 -Dr. T.

  Someone on the cook line can not count, or don't pay attention to the order. Ordered a sausage plate and add additional egg, but instead was still given 2 eggs to my order. I also informed the person that took my order....."Sorry about dat!" I came by again, this time 4/19/2026....ordered 4 Eggs and a piece of sausage. Again, slack eggs and sausage. I got may 2.5 to barely 3 eggs.... please has a cook that knows what 4 eggs scrambled looks like. 🙄

  Biscuit jester,biscuit is like cake fries uncooked. My first time trying them out , I will not return. Go anywhere else and get a biscuit.

  People that either cook the food or take the order don’t know how to listen or cannot read. Sure the food is ok but three times this week our order has been wrong. I know we should check the order before you drive off But sometimes you can’t if there is several people behind you and they get upset if they have to wait. Sorry I have to send this but I must have a sign on my head that says YOU CANNOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER SO BE HAPPY. I will look in the mirror and check before I go back. But I want you to know teach them the customer is right even if you don’t listen,,, Thank you for your service. Worked in customer service for 40 Years and yes I am old but they taught me customer first and pay attention.

  Omelet was slimy, and very oily. Chicken biscuit so dry ketchup didnt even help, and the hashbrown tasted like it was cooked last week. 1st and last experience.
