  Every time I come here either my order is wrong, cold or looks like its two weeks old. After the umpteenth time of this happening i finally decided to get on here. My last order was a Beef and Cheddar Meal w/ curly fries & an unsweetend tea. The roast beef looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days (not freshly sliced but dried up and not even the same color, not edible) before they decided to put it on a sandwich. The large curly fries was half empty with only crumbs (bottom of the bag), like they couldn't afford to open a new bag of fries to cook. The unsweetend tea ended up being sweet tea even though i specifically asked for "No Sugar" I like Arbys' they have a good menu, but if the service sucks at this location what's the point.

  Terrible service. People are very rude. Waited 18 minutes in drive thru after I ordered. Didn't get my full order so went in and they were rude some more. I'd recommend spending you money anywhere else.

  Went tonight to get food. Food was so cold it wasn't edible. Feels like a waste of money as I was feeding a family of 4.
