  I went through the drive thru and paid for my coffee when my order was taken. When I pulled forward to get my coffee, the lady asked me to pay again as “sometimes the tablets don’t work” and asked me to pull up my bank statement to see if it went through. When I confirmed it, I was not offered an explanation or apology for the abrasive service. It was the poor communication and lack of respect that made me feel not valued. As this was my first experience here, I will not be returning.

  I’ve been to a lot of 7 Brew locations & have had many interactions with the brewistas. but never have I experienced where my drinks were made wrong 3 times. I ordered larges & they gave me mediums and had attitudes to not care to correct them. I pay for my drinks and would like to get what I pay for. I’m highly disappointed.

  I'm only giving this a one-star because it's no better than any other coffee place. The line reminds me of Chick-fil-A. I've had cold brew coffee at a gas station that is just as good. Caribou drive through coffee place right across the street that never has anyone in line and their coffee taste the same. I don't understand this place, it's only popular because it was on tiktok that's it. Won't be back until the next new cool trendy place comes and 7 Brew is crickets. So dumb. People and their trends on tiktok.

  I just had to leave a review for Callan at 7 Brew!! She’s literally the sweetest person ever and knows how to put a smile on your face every time you speak with her. You can really tell she puts so much effort into her work and cares about her coworkers. Go see her if you can!

  The staff here are AMAZING! They are always quick and the drinks are always on point! The line gets backed up onto main street sometimes when they are very busy, which would be my only complaint. They could use a better drive thru. With that said, these ladies(mostly) and gentlemen move it along QUICK. You wont be in line more than 10-15 minutes at their most busy times.
