Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Stopped by yesterday for lunch and the lady I think it was Tiara that took my family order was very professional and had amazing customer. When we got to the window she there with a beautiful smile. We will definitely return to this location. Keep up the great work

Stopped by Whataburger and had a great experience. The manager Brian personally handed me my food and made sure everything looked right. He even told me to let him know if I had any issues. That kind of attention to customers goes a long way. The food was fresh, service was quick, and the whole team seemed on point. They’re doing a great job over there. Definitely appreciate the extra care!

The taste of the chicken was absolutely delicious nice and tender nice and juicy fries could have used a little bit more cooking to make them a little crisper and could have used some more salt the sandwich back to it like I said the chicken was perfect but when I opened it up the entire outside of the bun was covered in melted mayonnaise the bread was so soggy now this is just my opinion everybody has opinions everybody has different taste profiles that they like but I'm not a huge mayonnaise person when I do get it on my sandwich I don't want it melted all over the bread where it makes everything just as greasy as it can be

This was such a nice surprise! I lived in Texas and loved Whataburger and make it a stop every time I go back! This location has only been open 2 days and everyone was super friendly and inviting! I spoke with one of the managers, Rocio, and the two cashiers, Danielle and Amber. All of them were very attentive and welcomed everyone coming in! I also spoke with someone who was there for an event and she was super nice as well but I didn't get her name.😞 I am hoping we will eventually get one in or near New Bern soon.

I rarely give anything five stars unless they truly earn it. I will admit, we came for dinner the day after their grand opening and they were still extremely busy. The poor kids behind the counter and in the kitchen were literally getting their butts handed to them, But they handled it well and the young lady that served us did it with sincere apologies and a smile on her face. It's a typical Whataburger, the food was decent and the service was prompt. I don't have anything bad to say about her place. Go give them a shot, The staff was friendly and very professional.
