  Obnoxious Rude staff. Especially the red hair manager on duty. She has a TUDE! Poorly designed drive thru. They refuse service if you don’t loop around the entire restaurant to enter their hard to access order window and go to window to order, (which is how the entrance flow really is) this is a have it their way “staff” Wendy’s not about customer convenience.

  The absolute worst soft drinks out of any fast food place around don’t get any drinks from this establishment food isn’t much better.

  The manager with reddish hair was openly cussing, demeaning and belittling her subordinates so loud that my 6 year old and wife could hear her from across the store. She would also cuss about customers orders and complain that they were busy. The other employees had a look on their faces that showed that this was not an isolated event. None of the employees looked happy or like they wanted to be there. This is by far the worst experience that I or my family have ever had and a fast food/restaurant.

  Bun was soggy, French fries were like wood chips and the burger was dried up. Worst fast food I've ever had

  Sat in drive thru wait area for almost 20 minutes waiting for my mobile order when my husband finally went in it was on the counter because employees forget while store wasn't busy at all
