  The food was fine. The service was nice. However, did not seem very informed about the menu or prices. Also, “interesting” characters came into the restaurant at least three times, lingered, and then left. They weren’t there to order - they were waiting on an employee(s). One smelled terribly of weed. The signs around the restaurant make it blatantly obvious that there have been issues in the past.

  We were warned of a wait for spicy nuggets and after we waited everything came out perfectly packaged and warm despite being a pretty large order. Pleasantly surprised considering the relatively low rating.

  Ordered 2 of their egg and swiss croissants. Got home and they were both made with american cheese instead of swiss, along with some red sauce that looked like jelly was all in the wrapper. Sent my husband back up there to get my food fixed and they told him they were out of swiss cheese and its probably ketchup on the wrappers. (Which was never supposed to be on them) they told my husband they wouldnt remake it since he returned there 4 minutes after they stop serving breakfast. If youre out of ingredients people are ordering - tell them before hand so they can decide if they still want to order or not, dont just substitute it and assume its what the customer wants. Other times we've been here, i have found eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches and one time the eggs were so overcooked they were like rubber. This is the most inconsistent wendys i have ever ordered from.

  Received wrong food for last 2 trips. Had to drive back both times to get correct food. Manager wouldn't compensate me for it happening twice, so I told her I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! You have lost me as a customer and I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!
