  This place should be shut down. Nasty food , crappy service. I would have fired everyone working. I spent over 12 dollars. Does it even look like anything on the menu. It looks like someone took a crap. Everything was ice cold. Never again will I eat at this location.

  My husband and I were just in there and right before we went to order the man working the register goes over to the sink next to the register and reaches down and scratched his private area then quickly rinsed his hands with some water (no soap but even if he did ...🤮) and came to take our order. We turned around and walked out. Rancho Viejo will be getting out business instead.

  i literally never complain but ohh my god the service i received today was horrible. i ordered from uber eats and received the wrong order, ordered an uber to get it fixed, got back, it was wrong again, ordered ANOTHER ride to get it fixed, it still had no meat again. i go back, i get meat on ny nachos but missing other toppings. obviously im not gonna waste more time and money but i mean that’s ridiculous. i wasnt mean and didnt give them attitude or cuss, and was even nicer the second time, and was never compensated for the time and money i wasted while my toddler is at home. and the fact that the manager was the one that made my order the last time. i asked for 2 orders of the empanadas as compensation for $15+ of wasted money and an hour of wasted time and i only received one. again didn’t complain or go cussing anyone out or anything ridiculous just accepted it but be fr 3 times? it was a nacho bell grande with 3 added ingredients not a 5 family meal. now im sitting here with 2 vegetarian nacho bell grandes that aint nobody gon eat.
