They took them & brought EITHER SAME ones back or MORE cold fries. Very kindly, I let them know these were cold as well. The young man JUST STARED at me as if to say, "and what you want me to do about it?" No apology or offer to replace with HOT fries, NOTHING. I FINALLY SAID , DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT , I'LL HEAT THEM UP AT HOME. I just don't know who's training these people or why the expectations/standards aren't higher. Buy all means go to the Newton store.They are top notch.

They told me they were going to give me a credit. They are 30 minutes from my house so I don't go there often. It was over a month before I went back and they said that it was over 30 days and they were not going to honor the credit.

Crunch wrap didn't even have anything on it but cheese, lettuce, tomato. Geeze really? Soft shell had lettuce, tomato and a teaspoon of meat sauce. This is disgusting and awful to pay good money for bad food. I wouldn't let my dog eat something like what you gave me.
